Important: This is a recommendation offered without knowledge of the activities in your operation and, therefore, is not a guarantee you’ll be fully OSHA compliant. But, it’s a good starting point and you always have the option to buy more credits later.

Identify Your Training Needs

Important: If OSHA compliance is your goal, you will want to:

  • Have all of your employees take the {{config.oshaMinimum}} Primary Safety Training classes. Why?
  • Have every employee who, at any given time, will be performing a specialized activity in your operation, take the corresponding Specialized Safety Training class.
  • Keep OSHA’s General Duty Clause in mind. While not every topic below has a designated OSHA regulation, under its General Duty Clause, OSHA can cite a workplace for any injury that happens due to a practice commonly known to have a degree of danger. Take ATV safety, for example. There is no official regulation, but common sense says the activity can cause injury.

Training Classes

In order to help with your planning, we've provided two ways to determine the number of credits that you should purchase with your new account.

  • By Class - Enter the number of employees you feel should take each specific class. At the bottom we will provide the total credits to purchase for those selections.
  • By Average Classes / Employee - This simpler option allows you to choose the average number of classes that you feel each employee will take in a year’s time. Enter this single number, and the total number of credits will be displayed just below your entry.


Remember - these are just estimates. You can finalize your total number of credits in the next pages. You can also buy additional credits any time you need them. And ... Be sure to check out the volume discounts by clicking below before you move to the next steps.
